We had Victors come out for an estimate. The inspector was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. Unfortunately the price was way outside of our budget. Their estimate was 2 to 3 times more than all of the other estimates we received with comparable services. While I dont doubt they do a good job, we simply could afford their total investment.

My experience with the Victors team was excellent. From the incredibly thorough inspection with DaVaun, follow up and prep with Kory and Gabrielle, and the amazing team on site led by Luis and Freddie, I have been really pleased with the professionalism and care each member of the team took in moving my roof replacement project forward. Luis, Freddie and the on-site team especially went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. I also want to mention Im amazed that my entire yard is in the same condition as before the work started. Having worked with other contractors on other projects, that is not common! Thank you.

Since the Victors Customer Service Team has not called me back after numerous requests, I am posting this here for all to see. This is my overall, HONEST review of my entire experience. Travis the sales guy gave me the complete, super detailed dog and pony show from the initial handshake. I thought that he explained roofing very well. Travis asked me what I had expected of a service company in the opening minutes of talking to me. Knowing Victors advertises on a Christian radio station that I listen to, I stated and expect that honesty and integrity were my top expectations and he told me those were fair expectations. At the end of the meeting, Travis gave me the quote and I thought that the number that he gave me was really high. I even asked him, looking him in the eyes, if this was his best price and he said, YES. Before my Wife and I approved the work, I called 5 other companies that I know and have years of experience. One company has a similar business model to Victors and has been in the roofing business twice as long. Another company told me that the price that Victors gave me was NOT the price that our roof should be. Travis told me that the roofing industry is the Wild West when it comes to pricing and Victors wasnt the highest in the industry. Well, Victors was the highest by a margin of $11,000. I called Travis back and told him my findings. He said that he would call his manager to get a better price lowering the price by $6,000 and was forced to make a decision on the final price that evening. If I could go back in time, wouldve cancelled the install because of this and the higher price. Even after the adjustment, the final Victors price was still $5,000 higher than the closest competitor. Please do your homework and thoroughly check all of these companies. Dont be afraid to get second or third opinions before you spend your hard earned cash! Most of the companies that I called were pretty close to the same price with one really low baller that I would never have touch my roof. I feel that if Victors can tighten up ship a little bit from pricing to the Staff, to the items they say they will do, things may be better. The Sales Guy may give you a QR code to review them, wait until AFTER everything is completed to really leave a detailed review. Ask for pictures of the entire install before the work is started and ask for DETAILED pictures of anything that is replaced by the crew such as roof decking. The installation looks nice but, didnt realize that the flashing that was installed almost looks like it broke through the J channel in certain areas. The yard was picked up as they stated. Make sure wood is put under the roll off dumpster because it most likely scrape up your driveway.

Congratulations on your great reviews. What I don't understand is why you can't speak for yourself!! I have to mute the commercials. You need to be the spokesperson for your company. Congrats on your solo commercial!!!
