        I can only give one stars, not more. Mike, the store manager, finished his basic work, but he didn't provide help, was unfriendly, and even provided wrong information. At first, he told us that the mailing of private international documents was not allowed, but I knew it was wrong. I mailed private documents. Secondly, he asked us to provide EEI code and refused to explain to us what EEI was. When I asked what options were available, he also refused to provide it. If I believed what he said at first, my documents would not arrive on time
