        Mr. Dwight Russell was beyond polite, professional and knowledgeable! The young lady at front desk was also very polite and efficient.

        Made an on-line appointment week in in advance. Received a confirmation that I confirmed, and the day before the scheduled appointment received a text from H&R saying "we're looking forward to your appointment tomorrow". I drive 80 miles to their location and find out that no one is in the office and UPS has been trying to make deliveries for several days (stickers on the door). I tried calling the office to find out why no one was there but the recording said they were sorry but no one from the office answered the phone. Okay, so it's not tax season, but they let me make an appointment and confirmed it. I resolved the issue by getting the taxes done somewhere else. I don't plan on using H&R ever again.
