Im a first occupant in my unit. ADA handicap unit with the bells and whistles. Very Beautiful modern home. Only issue is the walls appear to be paper thin! I moved in last week although Ive been paying for the unit since beginning of last month. My welcome aboard gift was a noise complaint. It was relayed to me my neighbor can hear my 7lb dog barking (possible) and running (not sure how that is possible ) all night and day. She is crated. It may be my autistic son who may run when excited or stimulated. Hes ten, and I have no small kids running around all day . My kids are school aged in school and also in bed at a decent time. So if you have sensitive ears DO NOT move here. And especially request not to move next to a handicap unit. Management emailed me very accusatory. Can you not make noise all night and day. What ! ? This is my first time renting as Im in transit from out of state and Im already on pins and needles. BEWARE.

The warm water is as cloudy as it gets. This is a major health concern. has anyone else experienced this problem?
