hello I used to work for this company brian the branch manager talks to his employees like their crap I've only worked for them for three weeks and he already started talking to me like I was nothing that he indicated that he can hire someone else very quickly and easy I would never trust a company like this ever again wasted my time and my value as an employee will tell others about the situation

This company has little knowledge or professionalism when it comes to their sales people. Unbelievable and unattainable sales goals set forth by someone who knows very little about sales and marketing their services. Stay away from this company if you are considering a sales job here. Its really a glorified telemarketing position where they track your phone calls daily. In between providing potential clients with a quote you are to make 70+ calls a day. Entirely ridiculous goals for anyone including a sales rep like me with 30 years experience. When you are let go? Its not done where HR is involved. Some guy behind a desk tells you there is nothing I can do and lets you go. No 30 day warning that you need to make 70 calls a day just youre done. Not only that the finance manager doesnt provide a written letter or give you any idea of their expectations. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Any customers expect great service ? I wouldnt hire these jokers for the cheapest price given specially due to their poor management skills and inability regarding how to treat a new employee, train them properly so they can have a good start to a career or long term job. This place is simply a joke.

Showed up at my house four times to perform aeration. Each time they did not have the right size aerator. On the third time they showed up they opened my gate and left it open. Subsequently my dog got out of the backyard. I will not be attempting to hire this company again.

We had the service for about 5 years. Ended the service 3 or 4 years ago. While having the service the technician many times would show up during the week and had to be told not to spray because we had a child care in our home. Weekends only. LL did over seeding, like so many of us that have flowers or gardens around our house the tech would over seed the flowers/ gardens. After canceling the service we have notified the wildlife has returned to our yard. The sales team and manager does not understand DO NOT CALL!!!
Many times we have told them DO NOT CALL , they continue. I called them and told them DO NOT CALL. The sales manager called me back. What is it that a sales manager does not understand. DO NOT CALL!!!
