        I pick up Canadian bound loads often. Have a clean trailer, know your load and destination information and the folks will take care of you. It rarely takes me more than an hour and a half to pick up my load.

        They were feeding me with promises that they will unload me. I was in dock for an hour and nobody attend to me so I decided to go and talk to them, and they have asked me to change a dock. After that for another hour and 40 minutes, nobody tried to unload me and every time I check on them they will say yes sir just a minute just a minute sir. Horrible place waste of time.

        Real simple to get to. Fill out info on the Kiosk and they will put in door and had me unloaded in 20 minutes. They use the Green/Red light system. Look forward to returning.
