We submit a estimate a estimate is a hypothetical, it's subject to change, we negotiated with you're Insurance Company and between your plumbing company and I we are the ones who got you covered in the first place. Also the estimating software is the SAME AS THE INSURANCE COMPANYS SAME THING. no one overcharged anyone !!! Stop with the lies !!! We made changes to to the hypothetical estimate and came to a agreement with your insurance company. That's how the prosses works . We showed up we took care of the problem we did the demo the cleaning the disinfectanting moving all your contents back and forth dried the basement took pictures and dry logs then billed your insurance company. Your plumbing was just as much as our bill did they overcharge you too Jan. ?? You never called us with any questions or concerns but you go on Google to bash our name so where is your proof Of us ripping you off. Because if not, we'll see you in court for defamation of character. Also we just didn't work 3 hours. You lie again. We demoed your whole basement cleaned it set up many pieces of equipment to dry then remove the equipment clean it come do dry Log readings . Sorry Jan that's not 3 hours of work .
