Wonderful place! Took good care of me from start to finish. Helped me with tips and new ways of eating that really worked! I am down 130 pounds and on my way to losing more.

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. I spoke to a women named Ahu whom was extremely rude. Ive never been spoken to like that in my life and I cant understand how she still has a job. Not a people person at all. Ruined my entire first experience at a weight control center. I do not feel comfortable continuing on with my journey at a place who isnt welcoming. This is absolutely devastating. I hope that she finds peace and learns how to treat people.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have horrible communication, poor quality and nobody there knows what's going on. They continually ask you the same questions over and over again. Even when you do all the things they ask, service is still prolonged. Medical records retrieval is a nightmare. I will NEVER go to another Beaumont facility! I started the process for my surgery in April and it should have only taken 3 months. It's now December and I have yet to get answers as to why I'm still waiting, yet everything on my end is complete. Don't waste your time. This all happened under Dr. Bacal. Never again.
