Tim Hortons

Got a refresher and it had the consistency of syrup, I called the location and was told to "just add water". My espresso shot was ice cold and my black coffee tasted like it had been brewed multiple times from the same coffee grounds.

6 employees working 5 doing nothing and leaves you at counter, wouldn't bother to say hello or good morning, don't shop here ,go to dunkin doughnuts instead where they actually appreciate customers.

Always out of everything, I always see flies swarming by the donuts and TimBits, had a piece of hair in my sandwich, no gloves, no hairnets, very, very gross. Please do better.

Nasty attitudes poor quality cold un cooked food and no health precautions what so ever doughnuts are mixed and no allergenic foods were in seperate containers. The meat was green we took it too the health department

Got my iced coffee and it was missing a whole quarter of the drink!! Asked for a cream cheese bagel and they didn't even put the cream cheese on it. Just got a plain bagel. Everybody was incredibly rude as well. Very disappointed.
