Terrible. Their system overcharged me, and put me in the negative the other night. When I called the next day to figure it out, the manager, Tiffany, was extremely rude and basically refused to look into the situation right then because she was sure the system hadn't made an error. About 30 minutes later, Tiffany called me back with a totally different attitude when she realized she was wrong. Terrible customer service and very rude. Tiffany, the manager, specifically. I recommend going to a different bank/credit union.

Absolutely LOVE my branch. Bea is incredible, warm and so knowledgeable! Everyone just does all passible when it comes to a customer. Treated like family Thank you all for being so amazing!!!
