I had a great experience with this agency! They came in at exactly when I needed them with rates that really worked for me. They were very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend the Karen McMurray agency to anybody.

I was with Karen's agency for many years, always prepaid my entire plan for the year upfront. When I cancelled my plan a few months ago, her agency billed me for cancelling (even though I gave several months notice) because autopay was removed to avoid paying for the next year. They then did not inform me about the outstanding balance through the entire process of closing my accounts (wherein they actually refunded me several hundred dollars). Finally, rather than reach out about this bill that I was unaware of, they sent it straight to collections. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I would not recommend this agency.
