If this would let me, Id write a 12 chapter novel on how great Nykole was helping us get into our dream home. First Ill start out by saying that our house hunt started right before the pandemic hit. Need I say more? It turned into a dead end road with our previous realtor. We werent allowed into houses and we couldnt see what we were potentially buying. We were hopeless. And then we met Nykole. This woman found a way, and I quite literally mean, she created a way for us to see these houses. Whatever she could do she did. Which included her going to these homes herself and recording detailed and lengthy videos as if we were there. Every room. Every floor. Detail after detail. It's because of her and her persistency we got into the home we did. Single handedly, her. She holds your hand and advocates for you through the entire process. Trust her. You'll wont regret it.

Our home purchase was a positive experience. We hired Nykole Pfaff to be our agent and boy did she deliver. Buying a home can sometimes be a lengthy and frustrating process but with Nykole leading the way it wasnt. Purchase agreements, under bidding, over bidding, Titles, inspections, permits, city red tape and all things on earth to intimidate real estate ventures are to say the least daunting. Thats why we chose Nykole. THIS is where she shines. SHE GETS IT DONE. Nykole handled everything with a professional and informative approach. We were emailed many listing that fit our criteria, budget and style and we ultimately settled on one in Northern Michigan. The purchase was quick, easy and seamless with ZERO frustration. Nykole is the best! I went with nykole for the purchase and selling of my first home and the purchase of my growing family's current home. She was always on top of everything and made sure to get the job done. Highly recommend if you're looking for an amazing realtor and even better person.
