        they sure do like to give you the run around. They shorted me a small amount on a money exchange, and I never saw that money again. Called them to ask for help with this problem, and they said they would have to wait until the manager came in and he would call me back. Took my name and number but never called me back. Wait times are ridiculous.

        Never take an auto loan from this place because if you go to try to get your release lien letter they will give you the run around and then take you to a 3rd party website and make you pay $30 just to get your release lien letter. Every other bank I've ever used you just have to call the bank and within 2 weeks they send you the release letter for free. This is the worst bank in the history of America

        Take your money to any other bank. This place will say they can't do something but can show you where it's written that they can't do it. PNC is still the same old National City. Been banking with PNC for over 15+ years and I'll finally be closing my account and going elsewhere.
