Just got our Basecamp back for a recall repair and the work was completed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Woodland of Clarkston (Grand Rapids is awesome too).

We loved working with Woodland Airstream! We have a 2023 Basecamp and since we have gotten it, a host of things have been wrong. Woodland is the first service center/airstream dealer (out of 4 total!) that fixed everything. One of our concerns was regarding an electrical sound that service centers have been unable to replicate. The service technician called to ask detailed questions, he put in extra time to recreate and locate the problem. That problem he solved saved us from a potential electrical fire. They also did some custom work we requested and everything came out beautifully. We live in our trailer full time and I would consider us a more needy customer. We called often, took the trailer between parts coming in, and had to make a lot of plans with Woodland when more parts were needed/shipping changed. Everyone was patient, communicative, and understanding. We felt heard and finally have a working camper! Thank you very much Woodland!
