When closing with this company, we ended up having to pay property taxes for summer and winter for the whole 2022 year when we only owned the home for two months of the year when we bought it we brought it up with this company several times, and the company on the seller side but both are denying that theyre in the wrong. Keep going back to the township where they said that the taxes were done wrong by the title companies this company does not own up to their mistakes I also told them that they were supposed to disclose that there was. Amount still owed left on a gas line that was put in by the previous owners about $1200 worth and they are saying that they are not responsible for this and it was up to the agents if I could give this company a negative stars I would they are rude and arrogant, not willing to look into this matter at all everybody out there please check with your Township these people only go by county which the county deals with outstanding property taxes not current taxes
