        Ordered a b and w 20 k hitch. Had to wait 3 days for install. They charged me 2500.00 and installed a reese 16 k hitch. No paper work. Nothing. Saw a new guy coming. Supposed to pick up new camper on Monday. Don't think the hitch works correct. Update to review Dealer contacted me and admitted mix up and corrected the issue. Was upfront about the mishap.
