Judy and Will were very helpful. My son moved to Michigan and needed to change insurance companies. Judy and Will explained what needed to be done and we left feeling very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I had State Farm for all of a month. Everyone was great to work with or talk to until they decided to add someone to my policy that has nothing to do with me. I tried taking said person off and they refused to without proof they didn't live with me but that person never did live with me. Jennifer Wertenberger not only refused to remove this person but also threatened me that everyone will add them and my insurance will always be expensive then she went on to tell me to give her the name of my new insurance company and when I'll be with them. Not only did she make my whole experience with State Farm horrifying but she was extremely unprofessional and just was all the way around doing things just plain unnecessary. Like me leaving was a direct insult to her. Really???!!! Since then I've heard nothing good about State Farm coverage or service. I love my new auto insurance and leaving this company was the best thing I ever did coverage wise and stress wise. Good riddance.
