UPDATE: I was contacted regarding my review with Universal Plumbing. After explaining my self, we were able to come to a reasonable agreement. The fact that they take the time to review each one of their reviews is great. In all, after we talked I thought a second chance should be given. The fact that the $69 fee for them to come trouble shoot the issue and not be applied to my total cost is a huge turn off. When i did ask if the $69 would be applied, the lady said if you need a new hot water tank we will apply it as in if they dont make enough on you they wont apply it to your job Other companies that I have dealt with apply the service fee to the work being performed. I get that they dont want to come out to do an inspection for free and have the home owner go with another company or do it them selfs. Come to find out the vapor sensor that needed to be replaced was on amazon for $70. In all, it cost me almost $300 for a $70 part and maybe 15 min of work to be done. More than likely wont be getting any more of my business or referrals. Save your self some money and call around.

Sink was all jacked up and I couldnt figure it out. Came out and got it done within 30 minutes. Was very happy. Thanks again
