Honestly if you havent considered Exterior Renovations for your roofing needs you absolutely need to. Scott, Larry, Jordan and team are the absolute best. Scott was my primary point of contact through our roofing project and from the initial walk around/quote he was nothing but knowledgeable and helpful. He knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. We had 2 other companies look at the property before coming to Exterior Renovations. We were quoted by a big brand metro Detroit company looking to charge us 35k JUST FOR THE ROOF AND they were ready to take our information and money immediately after the walk through. Scott, on the other hand, provided knowledge no other company provided us, gave us invaluable insight into dealing with insurance, was honest, concise AND let us take our time in the decision making process before committing to the project. Cant say enough great things about Scott or the ER team. We will absolutely be returning customers when it comes to other projects they can support including our gutters (very early stages here already!). If you want someone and a team that knows their business, cares about the customer experience and executes the job at not only a high level but high QUALITY Exterior Renovations is an absolute recommendation. Cant thank them enough!

The roof is beautiful and I was impressed with the professionalism of the workers. They were quick, and the clean up was impeccable. I would highly recommend Exterior Renovations.

Scott, Larry, and their crew took care of our brand new roof on our house and garage in just one day. We originally thought 2 days, but the crew knocked it out in the last few hours and got it done. My girlfriend and I were both very impressed with how transparent they were with us. Scott walked us through the entire process and gave us several options to go with way before the work was done. Very good professionalism. We also got quotes from 3 other companies before we went with Exterior Renovations and they were by FAR the best deal. I can't recommend this company enough!

Exterior Renovations (Larry & Scott) just completed installing my new roof. Their crew was very professional and accomplished the whole job in two days. Their workers were very considerate and worked tirelessly the first day until dark. Both Larry and Scott assisted with the clean-up as the installation was finished. All debris was gathered and removed from my property and those of my neighbors. Scott made sure I understood the job before it began and walked me through all aspects when it was finished. Highly recommend this company!

Great Job!!! The roofing project that was done on my condo and all of the condos located on Spruce Ct. (PALMERWOOD ESTATES) was done with professionalism, clean-up was done immediately, and the quality of the work was superb!! Kudos to Scott for managing the roofing project (Exterior Renovations) and his talented crew for a job well done! I would highly recommend local business.
