        I just did my 4th closing with them and we were in and out. Everything was ready, we sat down, signed, and left. Very professional, Devon is the only company that we use. Thanks Susan.

        I Have done 3 transactions with this title company in the last 45 days through my holdings company buying and selling real-estate. I would say that very transaction took longer than it should of I feel like the staff there are not trained properly if you are going to a closing at Devon title be prepared to sit there for hours because they do not prepare or have anything ready when you arrive for your scheduled closing time. I actually let all of these go no big deal until last Friday when Devon title here in Clinton twp. let a client of ours sell there home with a active lien on there property from my construction company. I noticed that the property sold last Friday because we are getting ready to foreclose on the lien i just feel bad for the new buyers because they are going to the ones that have to pay to remove the lien from there newly purchased property. BEWARE DO NOT USE i am just trying to look out for anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house you don't need to deal with these things there are plenty of good title companies around there is actually one on Garfield that is less than a mile from there that there fees are actually cheaper and you get professional service just beware using this company could cause you a lot of unneeded headache for no reason.

        Beware of this fraudulent title company! They close on homes with liens that are not satisfied. They are the worst and their employees are rude and do not know anything
