I am so happy I chose this firm to help me with figuring out bankruptcy options. I met with Atty. Charissa Potts, she was pleasant and extremely comforting to talk with. She laid out a very good plan and was very compassionate in helping me figure out how to deal with my tax debts. She was very well prepared and informed about tax laws. We have a great plan in place and she also saved me money as well. I could finally breathe. I definitely recommend this firm. Im so glad i decided to go with them. Update 2/10/2024: The process was an amazing experience for me. I initially felt overwhelmed and anxious when I had to go before the Trustee at my first meeting. But, my Attorney Heather McGivern prepped me for everything I had to do. She is a phenomenal person and Attorney. She was very thorough concerning every possible situation and put my concerns at ease. The entire team operates as a well oiled machine. I wasnt just prepared, I was equipped for every possibility. And they made sure to answer every email and phone call. Never made me feel like I was being over dramatic. Im currently in a very good Chapter 13 plan. Its helping me to be able to be financially stable even in the midst of it all. I can see different positive changes in my budget already. Im very appreciative to everyone.
