Our water is definitely filtered, we can give you a tour of our business and show you how it is filtered. We are very transparent in not doing reverse osmosis filtration because that strips the natural minerals from the water. We use 0.0001 micron filtration which is more than twice as strong as kidney dialysis filtration machines so yes our water is extremely filtered and signed off by two universities and the State of Michigan. What were yuou trying to accomplish by leaving this uneducated review? You think we’re the only people selling alkaline water for $2 a gallon. This whole comment and review was very ignorant and wrong. Our water is packed with hydrogen which makes it extremely beneficial for hydration compared to reverse osmosis water which has a positive ORP. I remember you coming into the store, you asked if we had reverse osmosis water and we told you no, then you come here and attempt to discredit our business and our reputation. We’d appreciate it if you removed this ignorant and uneducated review because I just debunked every baseless point you made. We work extremely hard to give our customers a great product and even greater customer service and someone like you can come and say something so incorrect and false and hurt a business. No worries because you’re literally the only person who left a bad review, others from the outside looking in can easily tell from your review that you’re uneducated on water and that the hundreds of people who benefit from this water will outweigh your one ignorant review. So yes you’re extremely wrong and you can keep your comment up so the world can see what kind of perspective you have and how we respond to inconsiderate and ignorant people like you.
