        On January 21, 2024, at @11:32 AM, not a good experience at the DMC Dunkin. The service was at its peak of awfulness. The barista was on the phone during my order with her speakerphone, BLARING while speaking in her native tongue to a family member. Me being an Indigenous American, college educated and unbeknownst to her, I speak ten different languages, which includes her tongue. I'll saymind your speech, Miss Lady! People are listening and this is not a good look.

        The place was dirty at 9:30 in the morning. I'm talking about the food display cases, floors, tables... come on guys clean them. Coffee was good, the donut was old, and they had only 2 muffins the one they gave us was hard as a rock. How old could it have been. Dunkin, I love you but please!!!
