I called to set an appointment and a young lady named Jasmine answered the phone. She was unwilling to wait while I retrieved my patient id# which I did not have readily available. I asked if she could look me up by any other information, she told me no. While I thought this was odd I got the information and called back. When I called back she took my information and told me she would "call me back" with the appointment information. I have not yet received a call. Not to mention she was impersonable and impatient. This type of Frontline customer service is not compatible with "caring" dentistry.

A new patient at Detroit Caring Dentistry this past week Thursday February 15 2023. The staff and Dr. David J. Hill should be a model template for dentists nationwide displaying profound caliber of expertise through his work ethic. I would highly recommend Detroit Caring Dentistry for your oral hygiene and overall care if professionalism and experience is what your searching for in a dentist in the city of Detroit...

Whom ever was hired as the receptionist is so unprofessional and rude! Been trying to get an appointment for months! Left numerous messages without a response! Finally got an answer then put on hold for over 10 minutes! Tried supporting but my good insurance will be going elsewhere! Damn shame!
