Got me teeth cleaned and billed for something else that my claim was denied for payment had to make a grievance about it to my insurance..... shameful......now I don't know if I'm getting a bill ........so wrong........

The hygienist was very unfriendly walking around with an attitude. The whole environmental was unwelcoming. I brought my daughters here for the first time and it will be the last. They rush you in and rush you out. The dentist was nice though but the other staff wasn't.

ANSWER THE ****n PHONE!!! Ive been calling for 2 weeks. You guys billed my insurance incorrectly and the issue needs to be resolved immediately

I went here maybe 10 years ago tell me why I get a notification on my phone saying I have an appointment next week!!!???? I went there once and HATED this place the receptionists are mean like they don't even want to work and they hate people! So I had to call this place and why do I have to repeat my name like she wasn't even paying the fxk attention the first time when she was pretending to type it in. So she didn't seem the least bit concerned that some a hole some where is stealing my identity making me pay for appointments missed I never had...or they clicked the wrong name on the computer for an appointment which most likely was the latter because this chick could care less. Also I had a text from the place saying I had an appointment... I didn't know it was a human posting these messages I thought it was like the computer automatically... Nope a human types it and sends it out cuz she replied with a FCKN attitude !!!! Like dang I didn't make you work here why be a receptionist if you hate people so much?! This place is a disgrace!

I went into this dentist office with no teeth pain I left and After the pain medicine wore off my teeth, havent been the same. All I feel is pain do not go to this doctor office please dont.
