They sent me out with antibiotics and no pain pills they said otc will work and for a week I was in the worst pain in my life

RUN IN THE OPPOISTE DIRECTION, PLEASE!!!!! So many unsatisfactory interactions with this dental practice: The first few visit were "okay:". At about my 3rd appointment, their Office Manager attempted to oversell me for a service: Once the price was confirmed (much lower than the 2nd quote), I proceeded forward with the crown: After experiencing constant discomfort from the area in which my crown was placed: I sought the opinion of TWO alternate Dentist: BOTH stated that they hadn't seen a crown put in so poorly. What added insult to injury is that the crown itself was created very well, (this was performed at a dental office in Warren MI, I believe); due to poor quality of Lucas-Perry office, I experienced bleeding on the gums (YIKES): Approximately 2 years later, the crown is having to be REPLACED! This has cost me an additional $650.00 OUT OF POCKET (meaning I have insurance), but this the portion is my responsibility: I could go on, but hopefully anyone reading this message, ascertains why this SHOULDN'T be your dental office!!!!!! An overall awful experience!!!

I had been going for about 4-5 years at this point. Tried to schedule my semi-annual cleaning - no response on the phone. Left a voicemail multiple times, sent an email through their website - nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Ended up switching to the best dentist I've ever had.
