Morang-Chester Clinic

When I first went to this private practice I felt comfortable and confident with my choice for a doctor/pediatrician. Today, there was only staff member remaining from when it started AND IT SMELLED LIKE A TOILET. I don't know what happened to the original staff members, but this place has gone in the gutter. Gross.

Its honestly the rude and unprofessional little girl at the front desk. No phone etiquette, poor customer service skills if she answers the phone at all. Will literally sit and argue with you and be dead wrong. Loud music playing to the point you Cant hear her and forbid you ask her to repeat herself because you cant hear nasty attitude behind it. I dont have any issues with the doctors besides communication could be so much better however they treat my son nice.

This clinic is horrible my baby hasnt been seen for his doctors appointment in two months because nobody never answer the phone & when we do go to the doctor its always a different doctor seeing my child instead of the doctor on his record & doctor Tzvi Braver is so lazy.

Friendly and competent doctors. Accepting walk-ins in a timely matter. When I select insurance, each year, I make sure Dr. Braver is in the network.
