-0 stars! This place is absolutely terrible. They never answer the phone and if u get someone theyre rude. I called over 10 times about my sons prescription not being filled because even the pharmacy couldnt get through to verify the script by phone or fax. I went to the office and faith came to the window and as I was explaining what I needed she was writing, then talked to someone else and then she sighed and shrugged her shoulders & kept asking me what the medication is for instead of just typing the information in the computer and going from there. I told her that I shouldnt have to say out loud what its for when u can just pull it up and verify the medication. she walked away. I asked to speak to a manager and diane comes to the window and had a worse attitude than faith! my son is still in need of a very important medication. On top of that they have peoples medical files right on the desk in front of the window exposed where people can see it. Theres files piled high everywhere! Major hippa violations happening here. The office is unkept & the staff is horrible. they should be shut down.

This place is very unprofessional!! Ive been calling for weeks trying to get an appointment with my doctor and they never I MEAN NEVER ANSWER THE MFN PHONE yall just sitting back watching and hearing the phone ring. TERRIBLE
