The "Contact Us" portion of their website appears to work when you submit the form, but no one actually responds to your message.
When you call them for an update on your submission, the CSRs behave as if you're inconveniencing them by calling.
The member services portal is abysmally designed. And registering for an account was also insanely arduous.
Unfortunately, if Heritage Vision is what your employer offers, you're stuck with it (sort of). But if you have a choice, I recommend you do not do business with this company.

Picked up my new glasses yesterday. The optometry assistant was very rude and unprofessional. My glasses were too loose I informed her that if I bend down my glasses would fall off my face. She had an attitude did not want to adjust my glasses. At which she told the nice gentleman to adjust my glasses. As I was paying my balance she got up from the counter went over to her co-worker to unprofessional talk about me. It's just sad that people in business environments where we spend our money does not have the adequate customer service skills.
