        Just had a fantastic experience when I called to confirm our room at The Shinola Hotel. I'd not actually booked the room I had intended to and Erin was clearly the right person to talk to. Not only did she answer my call with a smile, but she was super helpful in getting us in the room I actually wanted. We're very much looking forward to our stay. Thanks Erin!

        The hotel is amazing and the service is fantastic. Especially helpful was the parking staff - Khaleed was fantastic and took special care of my car. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Detroit. They even allow pups!

        Excellent staff & great food. Great job Chef's. Nearby activities: Bars, Ford field, Fox Theater, Campus Martus, Gucci, Comerica Park & much more... Walkability: Everything is nearby!!! Food & drinks: Great pasta. Ask what's new!
