You call them to ask why your rates go up and they tell you the reason was mailed out to you and it never was. Call to ask to get a motorcycle quote and they would not do it unless I came into the office during the covid pandemic. And asked to cancel my policy and would not do it until I came into the office to sign papers. By far the worst company I had to deal with.

The associate that was helping me was extremely rude. She went as far as telling me i could go somewhere else because I questioned their payment method of double charging my card. Shows they have "No" appreciation nor respect for the people of the community they service. Bad enough were being over charged and taken advantage of now we have to deal with the disrespect. Never will I use them again.

I’ve had my insurance with them for couple years now and they are still the cheapest out of all!! Best customer service. Love getting my policy from this location
