        Terrible company. Called Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday was given time frames. I picked from them to come between 9-1pm and they would give me a call 45min before arrival. Come Sunday I wasted my whole day waiting for a call didnt get one. I finally called around 1 to see what was going on. I was told they are running behind and would get a call in 30 to 45 min on the time frame they would be at my house. Never got that call either. So I called back 4 hours later to see What was going on I was told that someone called me 45 min ago and left a voicemail. Nobody ever called and left a voicemail. She also told me someone called at 9:30 this morning which they did not. She then proceeded to tell me we close in an hour and technicians are limited at the moment. What is the point of first making an appointment or second even being open on Sunday if you cant make the time slot you gave me. IF YOU DONT WANT TO SERVICE CUSTOMS THST LIVE IN THE CITY OF DETROIT JUST SAY THAT SO NOBODY ELSE WASTES THEIR TIME. This is overall terrible customer service and company. Do not use these people.

        The whole process was very easy to use from setting up online for an appointment to having the technician come onsite for the work itself. Lamar, the tech, was very personable and explained everything so we understood most of it and was very patient with us when we had questions.
