Justin is a pro. From beginning to end, he clearly communicated, provided options (pros/cons), brought in other expertise if he needed a second opinion, and treated my family's needs seriously. We have a small child, and Justin did his best to make sure the extensive work didn't disrupt her daily routine too much. He and Kyle treated our home like theirs and it shows in the quality of the finished product. Highly recommend working with this team for your home construction needs!! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT HIRE. Comes off as professional/knowledgeable at the beginning but then all that changes once you send them your money. Justin demanded payment multiple times before completing the work. He stressed about a schedule but was delayed because he was making other projects a priority. He over charges and makes the most expensive recommendations instead of giving options/alternatives. When I asked for work to be completed before payment he rushes the job because hes over the project and wants to move on instead of providing quality work. See photos. He left my home like this and demanded payment & then was completely unresponsive after payment was sent even though he offers a warranty. Installed a new vanity and didnt even connect the pipes! On top of that they washed their plaster in my kitchen sink which ultimately clogged it and I had to get that fixed. Careless and unprofessional & generally a gross experience working with him.
