        I've been living here for six years. The environment is quiet and clean. Maintenance is done in a proper and fast way. The staff are very friendly and answer the questions correctly. The gym is very useful.

        The experience has been pretty good! Some minor issues getting maintenance at the beginning of our lease! Overall we love our apartment and the complex!

        My second review! All in all, this is a wonderful place to live. Its quiet, the maintenance team is TOP KNOTCH. Ive never had a problem with them and whatever they get compensated for their work, they need more. The Amazon Hub is perfect and ensures your mail is safe. The upkeep on the environment is good as well. Snow removal is pretty fast on rough days and I never ran into the issue of not being able to leave my home for work. So whats holding me back for the full 5 stars? Some units at this establishment have in-unit laundry but its far and inbetween and securing a unit like this is pretty tough. They are RARELY available. They do have laundry facilities in these apartments, however, you have to use a separate card (provided by the leasing office upon request) and its chargeable by either physical cash (leasing office again) or you can use their seperate credit/debit station to refill the card which is located in the leasing office as well. I almost feel this system as it is is prehistoric and they should be issuing a card or the washers in dryers themselves can be refilled by an app or QR code oso tenants can be rid of the trips to travel to the leasing office to refill their cards. It would make it way more convenient. All in all, if youre a student trying to look for peace thats not far from campus, this place is it! For those that are moving for the first time or moving their families, I would also recommend this place! Ive been living here for about 3 years now and Ill give them 3 more if I can get one of those apartments with in unit laundry! lol.

        I am set to move in on Friday and so far this has been an amazing experience. Sharon has been helpful throughout the whole process and has accomodated my requests and walked me through each step along the way. Thank you Sharon I really appreciate it! 5 stars for sure!
