        When our school district worked with SETSEG my questions were always answered promptly and kindly. To no fault of SETSEGs, Blue Cross Blue Shield went on strike during the same time of many of our claims, leaving so many people waiting and waiting for reimbursement. Though our district ended up going back to MESSA because of overall cost, I thoroughly enjoyed the personal touch and communication of SETSEG. Thank you, Cathy! It was nice working with you.

        If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is terrible. I have been waiting nearly 7 months to get reimbursed for services that were covered. I continue to get the we need "just a couple more things". I would not wish this company on anyone. Do not let them talk your company into switching to their plan. It is not worth the peanuts you may save.
