        I was recommend this lender by my former realtor (who has since been replaced by a more competent and active company) and found the individual I worked with extremely rude, condescending, and unwilling to help. I would highly recommend Flag Star or anyone else instead of this lender.

        I purchased my home in 2019 and it was my first experience with UHM. I loved them so much for not only GETTING me a loan (when I didn't think it was possible even). Since then, rates went down and I refinanced in 2022 into an even better monthly payment, even though all my debt got rolled into it! I love working with UHM and recommend them to people whenever I hear someone's buying a home or refinancing! I know they will help setup a plan in advance if needed, and walk me through it step by step. They really make the whole process easy and stress free! Thank-you East Lansing UHM!!
