Please do not move here. find some other place to rent. you will not get your deposit back. for minor cuts on the kitchen table top they used all the deposit. they could have charged $100 or something but definitely not $500. i was told to pay certain amount to terminate the lease before it expired, which i did and later on they sent me notice to pay concession charges again not explaining initially everything. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. you will lose all your money

After living here for a year.. + My moving process here was accommodated well being a state away. I was able to make all my transactions online through their payment system. I really appreciated that! + Zero pet rent. + So far, any employees I've interacted with have been nice and friendly. + Complex is well-lit, including by my carport. + They have handled issues with other tenants well. + Maintenance items have been taken care of in a timely matter. + Job change or house purchase clause. Ask them about it! + Reasonable rent for what is offered. - My apartment is one that does not have an updated kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, it has been great living here!

Stayed in this apartment for 6 years with out any issues and referred many of my friends. Used to be one of the best apartments in this area. There is a management change while we move out and looks like they are greedy and imposing hefty charges on the move out residents. charged us for wall paints and other repairs. Management should not expect clean walls with out few stains when a resident stayed in the same house for 6 years. Tried to talk to Manager many times, but Manager is not reachable on phone. Beware of new Management while moving.

While the people who work in the leasing office are kind, I would not recommend moving here especially if you are a single woman living alone, or even if you have a family. There is constant construction work being done at any given point in time including extremely early hours, evenings, and on weekends, most times without being notified by management that this work will be done and could possibly hinder residents from leaving or returning to the apartment complex. The construction workers have been extremely rude, one of them literally cursing me out because I needed to pull into the apartment complex on a day where I was not notified by management that they would be doing work. This was on a Saturday evening by the way and the leasing office is closed on Saturdays. I had to reach out to the leasing office on the following Monday to let them know that I did not feel safe due to the construction workers who have been very unprofessional and completely oblivious to the fact that people actually live inside of the apartment complex. They have consistently blocked entrances, exits, parking lots, started laying concrete at weird times, and are extremely disruptive. As of right now, there is loud banging that has been going on for hours, and debris is being thrown on to my patio area, because construction workers started working on the roof at 7am on a Monday morning and management has let no one know about this ahead of time. I was suddenly alarmed by loud banging and yelling which is how I found out that work was being done. I work from home most days of the week, and I could have planned accordingly if I was notified about this earlier. I was not going to say anything to management about the inconvenience this time around because honestly, I am so tired of having to let them know about the ongoing issues when I have tried to be accommodating but its becoming incredibly inconvenient at this point. Construction workers started throwing debris all over the place, have covered the the sidewalks and grass with equipment, have blocked cars in the parking area with trucks and vans. The final straw was the fact that flying debris almost hit a delivery person around 7am this morning, who just so happened to be dropping off groceries for me. The delivery person immediately messaged me that they had almost been hit by something flying off of the roof, and that I should be safe. This is completely unacceptable and could have resulted in an injury or a lawsuit! Had I know that work would be done so early, I would not have had groceries delivered! Now that I have had to reach out to the leasing office more than enough times about these issues, I feel that I will not be renewing my lease here. I do not feel safe and if you have a family or like I mentioned before, live alone as a woman, I would not recommend moving here. There appears to be better apartments in the area to lease from. Management does NOT seem to care much about their residents when it comes to this.
