Maintenance is always phenomenal. The group of men are so professional and caring. When I see them throughout the community, they wave. When I have a maintenance call, the guys are very considerate and respectful of my home. There is always follow-up after an appointment to assure that residents are satisfied. The efficiency of maintenance is essential when renting an apartment. Diamond Forest has a great team!!! FYI, Ive lived on the property for over 17 years.

Love this community because it is close to all freeways, updated, renovated apartment, and nice amenities like fitness center, pool, and nature trail. They added gates last year too, which has been awesome!

Very nice staff and very nice apartment however.the walls and ceilings are incredibly THIN. We could hear every single thing that the people above us were doing. Walking, talking, opening and closing drawerseverything! And they were not loud people. The noise was so unbearable and so frequent that we had to go somewhere elseso If you are sensitive to noise then this might not be the place for you

Former Resident-lived there a year. I liked living here. Washer and dryer worked, maintenance was always done in a timely manner. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star review is because the nature trail has scary trees and a lot of the time during a storm it wasn't safe and trees would fall down. The path could also use some work, lots a cracks and not safe for rollerblading or a stroller. The pool was great and always clean, the tennis courts were a perk. The gym is smaller, but all the equipment was clean and worked just fine. I lived in a newer updated apartment with the bi-level entrance and was lucky enough to like the people I shared the entry-way with.

Better late than never. I did happen to stay here for a year and honestly I enjoyed my team here. I don't think I would've left if it wasn't for my growing family. But the amenities and services they provide make the price you pay worth it. The administration office was one of the friendliest I'd ever met and were always eager to help and get things resolved. Definitely miss this place and recommend people to give it a look. It's location is also very convenient because it sits between access of the highways as well as larger consumer stores. Can't get any better.
