        My grandmother has been living at Brookdale for about 7 months. She absolutely loves it. Shes made so many friends there. They have many activities for the seniors to be social and active. Stephanie and Nancy are amazing at what they do. They are so good with my grandmother and the others. We had a situation where my grandmother needed to be protected and they handled it so professionally. She loves her cleaning lady who is so nice. Jessica is the head of cleaning and she is always making sure that the residents are happy. The maintenance always does a wonderful job.The only thing is that the food definitely needs to improve and the bus needs to be working more. Thats the only reason why I didnt give them 5 stars.

        Employees and management are very willing to help. Always friendly and always willing to help. Will do pretty much anything you ask them. They are here to help.

        BEDBUGS. I have a friend that stays here and they have a bedbug infestation. Spoke with Nancy and was told they were going to treat it and move him and nothing was done for 5 or 6 days. During the time he was not quarantined and went on with going to breakfast and even played Bingo so therefore the infestation could spread. They truly dont care about the seniors here. I will be reporting this to the state licensing. Do not move your loved ones here period.
