Terrible place. My mother was neglected , ignored and stolen from.  Doctors orders were prominently placed on her walls.  She was not to get up unassisted as she was a fall risk.  She was told to push her button but no one came most nights.  She was afraid of having an accident so she would get up herself and fall, sustaining injuries.In addition I was told she needed new clothes which I would provide.  They would "disappear".  Upon moving out we discover her meds, controlled by the staff" also were "missing"Also found her room to be filthy, it was not being cleaned but since this was during Covid, we were not allowed inside so had no idea.Could not get her out of there fast enough. A terrible experience!

A person I know is a resident here. If I could give it zero stars I would. The staff treats their patients horribly. There is no transportation available for the residents. They are stuck there without rides to doctors, pharmacies, and other places. They are reasonably priced so that is their only redeeming quality. They let patients with memory issues come and go as they please.

I toured this facility for my grandmother, and as a commercial cleaning business owner, I was impressed with the cleanliness throughout the building. The staff was compassionate and helpful also!

The facility is the cleanest and has a very warm caring helpful staff! What a great place for seniors to live out their lifes! I would suggest the Farmington Hills Inn as the best Senior citizen facility to anybody who is looking for a facility for the elderly!
