I had a bad experience today at this branch with the manager Tabatha who was very rude and disrespectful she opened up a business account under my tax information without me being present me and my daughter have a business together and when I went to ask for a bank card I was told I couldnt get one but the person who open the account up had no prove that she owed the business all she had was a lease and my name is on it and you let her open up account everyone be very careful with your tax information because they let anybody open up a business account without you being present
And I ask for her to have her manager Jeannette to contact me and she didnt which I thought was rude again instead, of calling me, they called my daughter, but now I will reach out to corporate

Melinda helped me out with my Auto Loan to buyout my car lease. She was very through and called GM Financial ahead of time to make sure the process was done correctly the first time. Will definitely be going back
