So disheartening. I began a bathroom remodeling project in 2022 and was swayed by the lifetime warranty (who the salesman said only a handful of people have called back with repair issues). After two days of construction and only one man doing it, I was horrified. He did a horrible caulk job and it wasn't smooth or perfect at all. He even broke off one of the wall tiles and couldn't replace it. He was asked to return a day later to fix it and it still didn't look right. They finally sent another repairman a month later and I was told that the original contractor was no longer employed at the business. About 1.5 years later, the caulking has built up deposit despite my many attempts to remove it daily. It took 2 cancellations (on the day of) and DAYS of not hearing anything back that at one point, a new repairman showed up at my door unannounced. He was able to replace the tile (FINALLY) and do a re-caulk job but they haven't responded or even apologized for the poor lack of communication and for straight up ignoring my messages. It's not a clean job and not worth the tens of thousands for a shower redo with their "lifetime warranty." Unacceptable

I put a down payment for a bathroom remodel and 3 days later, I decided to not have it done. I called to notified them of my decision. I was then told that someone would contact me. I would call them 3 more times and was told the same thing. a week later and still nothing. Not very professional and I highly do not recommend Leaf Home safety Solutions to anyone. Something amiss with this company!!! All I want is my money back. I will get it, sooner or later through my lawyer.

Bob did absolutely amazing job. Love the work he did. He stayed way later then scheduled to get everything finished so it wouldn't tie us up another day. Was very respectful and kind.
