        Weve enjoyed eating here regularly for years. The General Manager, Chris, is wonderful. He genuinely cares about people, going out of his way to engage with guests and remembering regulars names. Employees are friendly and enjoy their jobs.

        The customer service was very poor. The employee at the front counter ignored me for several minutes while she was busy with rotating cookies. After about three minutes away, I decided to use the machine behind me but had to instantly turn around requiring assistance due to paying with cash, I received no greeting or acknowledgment during this time. Even when the employee finally approached to take my order, there was no greeting; she simply asked what I wanted. After completing my purchase, I thanked her, but she did not respond with a 'you're welcome' or any form of courtesy. The staff's behavior was incredibly rude. My mac/cheese was very dry after all that, I couldnt even get my points because the machine was down. Probably wont be back anyway to pay seven dollars for mac & cheese with terrible customer service is crazy.
