Lexi and Blake had my wife and I out of an 06 XC90 and into a 21 XC90 in something like 1 hour and 15 minutes total time spent. I miss the 06 but the 21's display dims automatically, and it still drives nicely. Thank you. Update: I had my first ever car accident in which another driver ran a red and smashed my hitherto beautiful XC90. My daughters, my dog, and I were protected better than we would have been in any commercial vehicle I'm aware of that isn't the size of Optimus Prime. Blake, and our salesperson, Lacey, at great cost to their time, helped me deal with the enormous documentation requirements of the primary and GAP insurance companies, and got me an amazing deal on another XC90 that's an even better car. Quick, friendly service while getting my tire replaced! I was kept up to date, every step of the way, including video inspection, email and phone calls! They were even able to bring the car to me since I was home the whole time!
