Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've worked with this location a couple of times, and service has always been great. A couple months ago, I rented a car online, was able to pick from the lot based on my requirements, and was very happy with the car. I was going to use it for a long trip for my son's hockey team, but due to an injury, we ended up not being able to make the trip. Tony had texted me for a routine check-in and when I explained the situation, he said they would shorten my rental agreement with no problem. I returned the car the next day and worked with Mike who was incredibly helpful as well. Will definitely use this location again.

Made a reservation early, took a urber there and was told they didn't have any cars. The guy didn't even try to help me or call around for other vehicles. Basically was like your out of luck. When I asked why wasn't I contacted to advise they had no cars, he didn't have a answer.

Easy to book what you want with calling or going online. We call so we can speak to a person. The staff are nice and polite. The catch is whether you'll get what you booked for is the mystery with renting a car here. That's our only complaint. We book for a specific car and right before pickup you receive a call and they let you know the car you booked is not available. This is why I gave them a 4. It happens more often than we'd like. The cars are clean and well kept with a full gas tank.
