Signed me up saying my monthly subscription payment will be 24.99 and after 2 months they began charging me 39.99. about the start dispute with my cc. Not coming back. This is plain fraud.

Over priced. Machine gets my plate wrong all of the time so a person needs to come and do it manually. The rinse doesn't get all of the soap off and the blowers leave too much on for the towel guys to dry quickly.

This location is a mess. I paused my membership and still had a credit until the end of the month. The manager said I would need to unpause my membership before letting me through the line which was super inconsiderate for those behind me when you can clearly see my billing date in the system. Half the vacuums never work and you always have to call an attendant to open the gate if you have a membership because the license plate scanner doesnt work. Ive seen a customers tire get popped going through the wash as well as my dads door getting dented twice and they always claim its not their fault. Save yourself the headache and go to a better ran location!
