CARES of Farmington Hills

Ok so in January I went to CARES to get some help with some food because this is a once a month food pantry and you have to make an appointment to come shop and if you don't have transportation you can have someone shope for you , bring you or they have someone from there do your shopping sounds good right well wrong, so in January we got the emergency box they call it you know rice beans can goods that type of things well in February the 6th I was supposed to have my first "real" shopping with a shopper from there well that didn't happen low and behold we got the emergency box again, not really needing that again but food is food right. Well yesterday I was supposed to have my home delivery with a no call no show only to be told today they tried calling 5 times , not my phone they sure did not my family once again was forgotten about but whatever so they came today with what I thought would be what I thought the things they show on the site nope wrong again emergency box again. Thanks but no thanks I will not be coming back nor will I have any family go here...... Very upset

The staff at cares in Farmington do an incredible job are extremely helpful for somewho is a first time visitor

Poor choice once again whom CARES allows to live on the premises to represent them.

Staff is polite and efficient. The store is clean and well stocked. They have dried goods, frozen meats, produce and household products from toothbrushes to laundry detergent. All for free if you qualify.
