Starbucks

So after multiple incidents, I can confirm that this is the slowest Starbucks. There is no way order AHEAD drinks should come out 20-30 beyond the estimated pickup time. If staffing is an issue, cut the hours of the hours of the location, or maybe adjust the wait times on the app? Ive never canceled an order or requested a refund until today; and I visit Starbucks 5/6 times a week. Ive been going to this location for about 3 weeks now (across the street from my job) and have witnessed others cancel their order/request a refund due to an extremely long wait time. I will admit that the drinks are always made perfectly.. UPDATE: drinks arent made that well. This is a splash of milk Forgot the sweet cream, poured 1/4 of my milky drink out to add it. I paid for another shot because I didnt have time.

I purchased a coffee at Starbucks on Saturday, only to discover an unexpected charge for steaming my cream. When I called the manager today to address the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude. It seems they are now charging extra without reason, possibly due to losses elsewhere. Disappointing to see such changes impacting loyal customers negatively.

There was an employee named Malcolm here and I have to say he was absolutely rude and horrible. He was working the drive through and opened the window did not say a word I said hello he rolled his eyes and I said thanks he looked the other way, he was the worst person I have ever met at any Starbucks. He needs some more training
