Had a phone interview and the second question they ask me was "Are you people of color?" " You don't sound white."
After phone call she say she'll call me later for a follow up in the next few days and she didn't. So I called and she said "I'm sorry we decided to move forward and find a different candidate for this position." "We feel like you won't be a good fit because you not people of our color." "So we feel like you won't have the power to do things we different color people normally could do."
"Thank you for applying. " She then hung up. Also don't listen to them reviews! They are not true! I have a friend who works there who recently quit because they say they will offer him $200 to write a good review on Google! They fake paid reviews!

Management is not professional they do not communicate with their supervisors and then yell at them when they question some changes that were made and they weren't notified. You tell HR about it and they do nothing like they don't even care how their people treat their employees. Somebody orders I placed and if I didn't get an order at all I got half of what I ordered. So many broken promises. At Christmas time management came in and gave management of the plant stuff but did nothing for their own employees.
