Horrible return process and customer service. Went in for a return at 1pm and they didnt have cash to give me back. Went back in after 45 min to see if they can give my money back. Still no! They made me wait until someone paid with enough cash to get mu $145 back. Went in the next day for one more return $24 and they still couldnt refund me that! They are one day away from the return cut off date so you would think they would have money in the register. How is a cash paying customer supposed to even get any change?????????? Absolutely horrible. Heres a thought, keep cash in the register and be prepared for your customers!

Avoid if possible, terrible customer service. Bought a blow up costume for my 10 year old son on Oct 1st. Put it on yesterday to show grandma and the zipper broke when unzipping. You would think they would just exchange it, nope, rules are rules, no exchanges after the 26th, thanks I won't be back.
